Architen’s Lighting Division requires an experienced, multi-skilled project or technical engineer to join our team.

The role is to provide a first class technical service to a rapidly growing division of the company. You will be expected to design and build the technical elements for our exciting projects. This is a hands on role dealing with a variety of challenges. You will be expected to have a good understanding of electrical equipment and be proficient in the use of AutoCAD.

IEEE 16th edition qualifications or knowledge of electronics is not essential but would be an advantage. The role will include research into and the testing of new materials and components. A strong electrical/mechanical background and good problem solving skills are required. The role will also include project related work which might involve working away on site for short periods of time. You will need to demonstrate a flexible approach to your work and adapt to change in your role from time to time.

The company is offering a competitive benefits package including a salary of £24,000 p.a. profit related bonus scheme and 23 days holiday.
